Last month 15 homes were sold in Town X, the average sale price of the homes was $150,000 and the median sale price was $130,000. WHich of the following statments must be true.

1) At least one of home was sold for is more than $165,000

2)At least one of the home was sold for is less than $130,000

I think both of them are right, however the answer is 1. Any idea?
