Is the hundredths digit of the decimal D is greater than 5 ?

1) the tenth digit of 10D is 7.

2)the thousandths digit of D/10 is 7.

这题我迷糊,迷糊呀, 好像很简单,但我就是转不过弯来,请指教,谢谢!

10D的10分位就是D的百分位啊,7>5,,, D/10的千分位就是D的百分位啊7.
