但是我觉得这道题目从结构上还是E比较好。

the nation’s highest military award，其实是个同位语说明那个奖。

后面说明在什么情况下得奖。

如果选D意思好像变了，好像是说这个国家最大的奖就是特指他们的这次情况。

请讨论。

但是E后面的这个in引导的结构并不是在什么情况下得奖呀，而是得奖的原因，用in来引导就很不合适了。
