Sue’s monthly earnings consist of a monthly salary and a 4 percent commission on the
portion of her monthly sales that is in excess of $2,000. If Sue’s monthly salary was the
same in July as in August, how much greater were her sales in July than in August?
(1) Sue’s monthly earnings were $3,620 in July and $3,580 in August.
(2) Sue’s monthly salary was $3,500 in July and in August.

3580=Salary August+4%(Sales August-2000) b

会不会有Sales August<2000的情况呢

这样那两个式子就不成立

这道题很简单，选a。monthly salary相等。monthly commission有差别。a中告诉你两者monthly earnings(monthly salary and monthly commission之和）.只需将两数相减除以4%就ok了。b没有告诉monthly commission,只知monthly salary,所以无法得出答案。

我赞成此题选择C,A明显是迷惑答案,否则就没必要说COMMISSION是超过2000的SALES的4%

我同意c项！一定要考虑<2000的情况！不考虑全了根本无法得出答案！！！
