受到ETS的成绩单发现上面却了一个字母，打了两次去问，结果终于获得他们再寄一张正确的，前几天受到了additional report，unfortunately, 名字还是错的， 在FIRST NAME 最后还是却了一个字母，发信给ETS他们的回复是这样的，

We regret that you were provided with incorrect information.
We also regret we cannot change your name or change the spelling of
your
name on your GMAT file.
Educational Testing Service (ETS) policy does not permit name changes
on
examinees' records. The GMAT score reports list the name as confirmed
at
the test center. You may contact your score recipient(s) to explain
the
name differences.
Our files can accommodate only 12 characters of the last name and 8
characters of the first name. The characters include letters, spaces,
and
hyphens. Please do not be concerned that your entire name is not on
your
score report. We wish to assure you that the institutions and agencies
that
use GMAT scores are aware that space is limited and that the examinee's
full
name may not appear on their score report.

大家觉得怎么办，我还要发信问学校，他们受到的是那一个名字吗， 因为我上次打电话给ETS的时候他们又说我们受到的成绩单不是正式的，他们寄给学校的是正确的名字，现在又说是位置有限，而且，申请英国的都要在申请的材料中附上一张复印的GMAT成绩，都不用ETS寄，只是美国要。我现在怎么办？我就觉得奇怪，我TOEFL也是机考，但名字就没问题，他们说FIRST NAME 只有8个位，怎么TOEFL也能打出9个呢？
有没有那位FIRST NAME 也超过8个位的，成绩单怎样？
