Is the hundredths digit of the decimal d greater that 5?

(1) the tenth digit of 10d is 7;

(2) the thousandths digit of d/10 is 7.

问小数d的百分位（即小数点后第2位）是否大于5？

（1）10d的十分位是7，所以d的百分位是7，大于5

（2）d/10的千分位是7，所以d的百分位是7，大于5
