has和is bringing 要和后面的主语a market对应，

我觉得has是由Out of American's fascination决定的单数形式，is是由market决定的。

has done 和 is可以共存在同一句中，因为都是现在时。
倒装句，应还原成

这里market has grown....that is bringing...
