原文:"In addition, as an international student, you must demonstrate that you have sufficient funds available to meet all educational expenses for the duration of your stay at the University of Minnesota. Please note: This includes funds to cover tuition, fees, room and board, transportation, and other expenses. If the program grants admission, it will send you a Financial Certification Statement with the admission letter. This form must be returned showing sufficient funds before immigration documents will be issued. The University issues I-20s after approving the application and receiving financial support verification."
申请时,不用提交吧? 请各位看看!

no need for application. after getting the offer, you should provide the financial statement to get the visa documentation.

most schools don't require submitting it before application.

请问财力证明是不是美国只开一份就够了??英国再弄一份??还是为每个学校搞一个???
