有两个关于成绩单的小问题，不忙的大虾帮忙看看。
1。大学的成绩单已经盖了教务处的章后，有必要签名吗？见下面：
"。。These credentials may be certified by university personnel or government officials;They should bear the original signature of the certifying official."
2。有申请的朋友遇到类似的问题吗？请大虾指点一二！见下面：
“If there are any factors that have influenced your grade point average or your test scores, or if your educational background has generally been disadvantaged and you would like these factors to be considered when your application is reviewed, please explain these circumstances fully, using a seperate sheet."

1. 盖章就可以了
2 如果你的GPA低于学校的平均分，可以用这个机会解释下。还有如果你没有学过高数等课程，但有其他证据说明你有相关的能力，也可以讲一下。

我的成绩是80/100。修过微积分，线形代数，概率论。分数都过85，呵呵，其他的就一般了。我在学校太爱玩了，提个建议有必要解释一下吗？

我觉得已经没有什么必要解释了，成绩还可以。
