请大家说说：什么是business casual attire for the interview？我知道dress in business 是正式西装，但是什么是business casual attire？西裤和衬衣吗?还是西裤和毛衣?天气太冷了(已经零下几度了,风很大的说), 肯定得穿羽绒服.

In my opinion, whatever interviews you have, wear a business suit.

business casual for man means not suits, not jeans. pure cotton pants and shirt and sweater would be very good. I just made sure this with several MBA 2nd year student.
So you can just dress according to this if you are woman.
It's right that you can just dress formally for the interview, it's not wrong.
as for me, if I wear suits, i feel terrible. since the school asking for business casual, I like it a lot. I will feel more comfortable and confident with that.

如果是男的话,西装领带,皮鞋,觉得冷的话穿件风衣.这样才能显示出您对面试的重视
如果是女的话,最好穿职业套装
