有两个问题想请教诸位：
1、各个学校都有自己的推荐表格，其中有若个问题及评分表，是否除了在这张表上回答这些问题之外，还要另外起草一份推荐信附在其后？
2、第二轮申请是否比第一轮申请被录取的机会小？

Question 1: right.

Question 2: usually the odds are the same. But the last round must be more riskful.

Thank you, Sunflower. One more question, do I need to get a recommendation letter from my university professor, since most schools only request professional recommendations.
