Synopsis:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have the potential to help firms' value creation and capture. Yet, the recent Facebook scandal shows that firms using AI without careful management may be exposed to new regulatory and PR risks.
 
In this lecture, we explore a few recent cases around AI to understand why most firms are not ready to deal with the risks and how they innovate the business processes in the age of AI. After this lecture, you will be better prepared to benefit from AI technologies while minimizing the risks.
