It is said that before your taking the test, you need to fill in 5 school code. After that, if you feel that your score is not good enough, unless you cancle the exam, they will still send your scores to those univs your choose.
I do find that it is difficult situation now. the schools need to be selected is based on my score. The choice made before the cause. That's a dilemma. I take the English exam as gamble, I will have no idea how the range will be, always like that. so it is impossible for me to cancel the exam. If ETS send my score to that school, but finally my score is not met the school's minimum requirement, and I don't apply for it. Is that ok? and I am also wondering if someone took test five times, so the school will get five garbage score, any effect?作者: Kilroy 时间: 2002-11-9 00:36
ETS will send the score report that included all the exam u took to the school u will apply even if u did not put that school's code during the exam. To play safe, u should cancel ur score imediately after the completion of the exam if u are feeling very badly. However, normally b-school will choose the highest valid score on ur GMAT score report, so don't worry about it and that is another cup of tea from GRE. U know the once low score in ur GRE report will hv some negative effects even if u score very high now.
