Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that the Admissions Committee has accepted you to the Columbia Business School MBA program. Based on your academic preparation and professional promise, we are confident that you will succeed both at Columbia and in your chosen career. On behalf of the Dean and the Faculty, I wish to extend a cordial welcome to you as a member of the MBA class entering in September 2006.

Columbia offers its MBA students a unique management education which combines the theoretical foundation of a world-class faculty with the practical exposure to world business leaders afforded by our New York City location. In addition, our students benefit from the rank and privileges associated with joining an Ivy League university.

As an Early Decision candidate, you may fill out the information below and mail it to the admissions office along with your non-refundable deposit of $5000.00 in order to confirm your place in the class. You may also arrange a wire transfer to a Columbia account at Wachovia Bank; instructions are available on the Admitted Student Webpage. Your deposit should be received within three weeks of the posting of this letter to your website account.

Please be certain that we are aware of any changes in your address, work or phone numbers during the months ahead! You may also need to submit updated information to Financial Aid, so please be aware of their deadline for your term.
