肯定是D。A中的it指前半句中”Over 75 percent of the energy produced in LACE>FranceLACE> “里的energy。有人会说，它是指”energy“这个概念。但英语中it就是指一个实际的物，不是个可变的概念。D对照工整，没有歧义。
