Answer: b
但是b也是用compare to 阿比做吗 应该对比才是把

yeah, the answer given is b, and i find in longman that compare to can be used with the same meening as compare with. but the usage is not a standard one in gmat. hope to get a satesactory answer.

如果答案是B，那么只能解释为对比。
