还想请问一下若是assumption，它的标志是有if 等条件或虚拟的情况，才叫assumption.

若是consideration 或是fact 就是陈述一个事实。是这样判断吗？

assumption未必有if。顾名思义，assumption是某人自己的假定。你如果看了AWA就知道什么是assumption了。AWA攻击的几乎全可以算是作者的assumption。

consideration/fact是事实，是不可argue的。
