664，我今天正好做到，也错了，不过我选的 B。

664. 1) rate 不能 as prevalent as ，只能 as great as.
2)ten to thirteen times more prevalent than 与 ten to thirteen times as prevalent as 一样都是 10到13倍，而不是咱中国人认为的 11到14倍。咱做题可千万不能先把 E 就排除了，那就上ETS的当了.

664, RATES seems redundant since it mentions later 10 -13 times. BLUESTONE is right, pretend to be as stupid as teh americans then we do their-designed tests.
