In the decimal representation of x, where 0<x<1, is the tenth digit of x nonzero?

(1) 16x is an integer

(2) 8x is an integer

这道题看不太懂哎，谁能帮帮我啊！

我觉得选B吧

根据条件（1）X必须等于1/2，1/4，3/4，1/8，3/8，5/8，7/8，1/16，3/16，5/16，7/16，9/16，11/16，13/16，15/16 ，其中1/16=0.0625，十分位数为零。其余十分位数皆不为零，所以不充分。

根据条件（2）X必须等于1/2，1/4，3/4，1/8，3/8，5/8，7/8，十分位数都不为零，条件充分。
