（1）阅读和听力保持点状态就行，办法是：听听60 second science，BBC Global News，这两个在Apple的Podcast中都可以很方便地下载使用；另外就是每天看The Economist的新闻和文章至少半个小时吧，看起兴头来了可能会看1个钟头。我认为以上两种方法让我保持了阅读和听力的状态，是个可以借鉴的方法。

第二段：First, regarding the reading passage's perspective that ........... , the lecturer denies it and says ................
第三段：Second, as regards the reading passage's assertion that ............，the lecturer also declares agaisnt this opinion。
第四段：Finally, the lecturer also opposes the ............ claimed by the reading passage。
