刚面完，感觉不是很好，大概面了20分钟的样子

• walk through resume（问了下现在的工作职责是如何分配的，会不会错过什么行业机会，现在念MBA）
• why now
• goals
• 业余时间喜欢干什么
• 同事不合作的经验
• 朋友如何形容你
• 还有啥想强调的
• 还有啥想问的
