大早上6点面试，二年级学生 Catherine Allen面的，大美女。问题如下：
1,  go through your resume
2,  Why MBA
3,  Why Rice
4,  Share a leadership example.
5,  Describe a team conflict, how you deal with it ?
6,  Describe your strongest strength and weakness
7,  How u contribute to Rice?
8,  Describe one of your achievements?
9,  Q&A

Ca非常nice，问了很多问题，个人感觉答得比较流利，可是为什么才20多分钟就答完了。。。于是为了凑足30分钟，lz问了3个问题，对方也很nice的回答了。历时约30分钟。特别羡慕面40分钟的牛牛们。
为了准备rice 的面试，lz把近3年rice的面试问题汇总了一下，有需要的童鞋可以参考附件：（一些tips是从一些面经中copy，请见谅），可能有漏网之鱼，欢迎补充哈。

1月28号10pm已面BC，论坛上BC的面经貌似比较少，所以lz尽量把找到的搜集了一下，同在附件中。
