最近指导几个人的简历，又翻出2年前自己的对比开学将要update的，感叹简历真是改你千遍也不厌倦……经过bschool学校、学长学姐们，甚至自己的一遍遍否定，你会发现同样的经历可以最终能写

成这样，带着旁观人的角度去读，其实某个bullet都可以是一个故事

想到几个建议给大家：

Format 一定要美观。四面留空白，内容不多不少；字体一致、大小合适。简历一定要打印出来看效果，第一眼扫过去的感觉很重要
每个bullet 一定要在2行之内。一开始我也总觉得不可能，怎么能把3个月项目做得那么多事写在2行内；但是，后来想想，其实如果几个bullet做得事情都差不多的话，何需一个个罗列呢？这样只是占据了阅读人有限的时间，在1分钟scan的时间里，要把最想传达的信息简洁地呈现出来
bullet 起始动词要仔细斟酌，结尾有数字来显示impact。CV Career那部分体现的是skill set，以每个bullet的动词就能概括了，比如analyze/model skills, communicate/persuade skills. Skill set要well rounded, quantitative qualitative，teamwork leadership都有，CV is about your achievement in the past and what you can achieve after two years.
除了Career part, school activities, social services, hobbies 体现的你是怎么样一个人，选取自己最有意思的一面写吧。最好也有数字来证明你做了什么，比如活动的impact, 兴趣持续的时间
写完的简历多给其他人看了提意见。给bschool学生看，给猎头看能告诉你professional标准，如何提炼更关键的信息；还要给外行看看，设想bschool看简历的人完全不懂你的工作，你满篇幅专有名词，每行还特别长，会有人耐心看完么。最近的几封CV，有意思的每个bullet我会问具体发生了什么事；没意思或看不懂只能扫过了....我想adcom甚至今后HR也如此吧
