我知道大部分中国申请者都是自己写了推荐信，让推荐人签字就行了。
我的问题是，推荐表要不要非要本人填写呢？推荐表里是不是不用写什么，只写refer to letter of recommendation 就可以了呢？
美国学校会不会打电话给推荐人核实推荐信里的内容呢？？
会不会上网查我们公司的情况呢？

you can only let them "refer to the letter". but I think they prefer that your recommenders use their format. imagine you are a member, after reading the general letters, you must figure out what the points are by yourself. it is a litter non-convinient for the committe to evaluate the letter as well as you.

如果空间不够，按照提供格式和问题打印应该可以吧
