Q9 If 5x = 2y and xy ≠ 0, then is what percent of y?

A. 2%

B. 4%

C. 10%

D. 40%

E. 50%

Answer: D

Can anyone solve this for me? Is the quesiton compete? I don't

understand what it really mean~~~

suppose that X=1.

then y=2.5

if x+y=100% then, y will be 71.....%

so this question is not enough. many stupid questuions in GWD. trust yourself.
