A,B都没有谓语的.shortens是从句的谓语.
C有三个错误，首先that指代不清，前面有两个单数名词，requirement和minimum；其次罗索, rather than前后要有平行的内容就行, 这里fourteen清楚的表明是fourteen days, 前面的a minimum of 用that of代替显得多余, 可省；
D. from... to... 的顺序是不能改的(这个观点不敢肯定,说尽量不改比较好)。7d minimum不知道能不能这样用，即使能，也应该是from 14d minimum to 7d minimum. 这里to a seven-day minimum from fourteen省略了minimum, 这样省略依据似乎不足, 意思表达不完整。实际至少要表达的意思是from a fourteen-day minimum to a seven-day minimum.

是不是,就是 a minimum of sth, a lot of sth.......... 等非所有格 结构 比较时, 在 后面的 than ,rather than ....等这样的 不用 that of, those of....... 而 要是 名词 的所有格结构 A OF B 比较时 用 that 或 those ，，后面 如: A OF B than that (those) of sth 。。。请指教。 谢谢

对的，a minimum of sth, a lot of sth都只是一种量词，并不是所有格形式。比较对象对称原则中补出的that或those一定要有明确指代对象。

D 的错误在于那minimum和fourteen比较了。
