题目只讨论了出版的，没出版的根本就没涉及啊。

B. ...only if the work is publish 不是代表已經出版的嗎?
c. not-yet -published work is sometimes take into consider...-->因為把沒出版的也consider 進去所以才against 題目

C我觉得并不是跟题干内容一致的选项。题干从头到尾都只在讨论了publication，没有提not-yet-published，所以我认为这个选项也是无关而不是一致。

题干在说刊登文章数量与找工作之间的关系。只有E很明确地提到了这两点。而且还要是与题干论点相反的，所以C、D就不对了，C、D都是赞同的。A也是反对，但是A没有提到找工作的内容。

我还是有点不明白b项，既然只有发表才能被认定为是否重要，这样会不会促使别人多发文章呢
