根据manhattan 5th Chapter5里说的，一句话里it its 或者they them their 必须指代同一个东西，为什么这里可以指代不一样的东西呢

it指代a goal不是对的吗？请注意前面分句的动词是is，这是给你的提示。提示虽然有and结构，但是and结构表示的那是个集合-a goal。

这个规定只能用来选更优选项，不能用来排错。理论上，只能用OG中basic English gramma中所罗列的哪些规则来排除错误选项。所以我怀疑正确的SC做题套路应该是这样的：1. Eliminate choices based on the BASIC ENGLISH GRAMMA rules listed on OG; 2. Eliminate choices based on meaning, logic and even concision. 我会在第三次刷OG和做prep时去不断求证这个套路。
