选C，我觉得call for the breakup (of) into不对啊,不合语义啊，什么叫要求破产变成two local phone company。
好心人有木有帮我解释一下~~~

这里breakup不应该翻译成破产吧，应该就是他们呼吁把这个公司分开成两个公司？？如果是这样的话用into就可以理解了撒
