12个中无顺序的选4个，剩下的8个无顺序的选4个，就ok了！即（12!/4!）*（8!/4!）

三个花坛可以交换顺序，为什么最后不再乘以A（3,3） 呢

虽然花坛交换了顺序，但是花坛里花摆放方式的种类是一样的。
