嗯，我的意見是，首先DE兩個是非限定性定語從句，在有同位語可以解釋a phenomenon的時候，優先考慮同位語。GMAC是不喜歡非限定性定語從句的，所以在有更優選擇的時候就放棄非限定性定語從句。
其次，B選項 a phenomenon most scientists agree that is caused by fossil fuels burned by human beings，裏面that
放在agree後面有修飾歧義，可能說的是科學家同意的內容，也可能是修飾phenomenon
最後看A ，和B選項類似 to be 之後的東西修飾有歧義
關於caused by fossil fuels burned by human beings和human being's burning of fossil fuels的問題，有兩個by，GMAC一般情況下是優先使用主動語態的，這裡的都是被動語態，而且兩個by連用，句子就顯得非常的wordy。
