我也觉得是B

A只能确定X<Y+1 不能确定X<Y

因为X.Y不一定是整数 所以可以是Y<X(=Y+0.5)<Y+1

B的话可以推出X<Y-1 因为XY都为正数 所以X<Y-1<Y
