不过我认为C正确

我在想那D中的of 应该是和charge有关吧.

正常顺序或许是

A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price what the drug's maker charges of for another product with the same active ingredient.

我把插入语省了.现在这样写不是很规范,不过我就是想把那意思表达一下.

错了的话表笑偶..

C是正确的。惯用法，price that。per milligram是插入语。去google上查一下就知道了。

不应该加of在charge后面，charge for +sth.指向某事物要价。我倒是觉得as合适。

as此处作连词，表示与...一样。

at which 此处好像也可以等于at this price。。。

C是正确的。惯用法，price that。per milligram是插入语。去google上查一下就知道了。

此处that引导同位语从句不做成分。但是price好像不适合作同位语从句前的抽象名词：news, fact, promise, word, message, truth, hope, question, problem, reason, answer, proposal, information, order, suggestion

同意running关于charge的用法，在网上的韦氏词典中查到 charge (1) : to fix or ask as
fee or payment *charges $50 for an office visit* (2) : to
ask payment of (a person) *charge a client for expenses*

所以还是应该直接用that指代the price吧？“一种新的hair-growing drug卖另一种有相同成分产品价格的三倍”？

I would support D.

A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price of what the drug’s maker charges for another product with the same active ingredient.

A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price, per milligram, that the drug’s maker charges for another product with the same active ingredient.

Here "that" modifies " milligram" therefore "that" is not correct.

为了方便分析，把插入成分per milligram去掉
句子变成
A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price——the drug’s maker charges for another product with the same active ingredient.
在空格中应该填入什么呢
答案是that
that引导定语从句，修饰price，that在从句中做charges的宾语（charge的用法：charges ten dollars for a haircut）
为什么选that？
看以下例题
tom的年龄是jerry的3倍，
这样的句意通常可以有三种表示方法：
1 tom is twice older than jerry
2 tom is 3 times as old as jerry
3 tom is 3 times the age of jerry
可以看出，此题和第3种的表达方法类似，只不过把后置定语of jerry改成定语从句而已
此题最容易误选的of what
为什么错？
what = the thing that 在此题中=the price that
选of what则意味
3 times the price of the price that the drug's maker charges for
错误已经很明显了
