答案是E。这道我明白that修饰satellites。但在搜帖子时，发现一位网友说“one of the many new satellites，这种类型的题要看the在谁的前面，that从句就修饰谁。the指向satellites，that从句就是修饰satellites，就应该是复数形式are。”

that will refer toBor the whole part A OF B (depending on the intended meaning )
if B or A of B could both be modified gramatically and logically correct, it seems that that will refer to B, in the eye of GMAC (just like this problem you raise)
