额，本人不是牛牛，不过我看了一下这个题目，我的想法是这样的，仅供参考
D选项，文章说Four shipments were sent to Truax Construction last week, none of which consisted of building supplies，有可能这Four shipments也是Thursday发生的，所以D的说法不对
