For any positive integer n, the sum of the first n positive integers equals n(n+1)/2.what is the sum of all the even integers between 99 and 301?

这个用我们以前学的等差数列求和公式就可以算吧？（100+300）*200/2=40000

但是答案是20200，答案解析是用前一百五十个偶数减去前49个偶数，所以没有看懂啊。
