如果这句话用A的话，全句无谓语。

你看这是主句，但是主句中没有谓语，所以不能选A。
而这个句子不牵涉到主被动问题，牵涉到的是过去时态的问题啊。cover和accomodate都用过去时态啊，哪有被动啊？
