答案是E，我选的A。
A的解释是providing和milking的形式是在做伴随状语修饰keep，逻辑上错误；
为什么不对呢？怎么逻辑上错误了？

PS：他认为对于正确句子调整句子语序

那么如果选E，provided with high-energy feed, and milked regularly在这个句子中做什么成分呢？

我觉得provided with high-energy feed, and milked regularly是在句子中做伴随状语修饰Holstein cows，因为cows和provide是被动的关系，所以应该用过去分词

我觉得前半部分没什么问题，就A来讲，从开头到regularly都是状语部分，所以providing。。。的逻辑主语应该是farmers，但是我不明白为什么后面可以用现在进行时are producing，不是应该用produce吗，求指教

前面是伴随状语后面的for the farmer who takes care to keep them cool 表目的为那些balabala的farmer提供了balabala

这道题为什么不选D呢，为什么要用will produce呢？

A. providing them withhigh-energy feed, and milking them regularly在这里可以理解为正确，因为可以作伴随状语；现在进行时时态不对，与each year表示一般情况矛盾
B. providing them withhigh-energy feed, and milking them regularly在这里可以理解为作伴随状语；cow使得them无指代对象；
C. and前后并列不平行；现在进行时使用不正确；
D. cow使得them无指代对象；
E. 正确。cool，provided，milked三者并列做keep的宾语的补足语；for作介词表原因，will的使用只能说明是因为for的原因，引起了一种将来肯定会发生的情况，所以此处不用虚拟语气。
