Why does the answer choose B ,but not D ?

D points out the benefit of the nonhierarchical work environment .
It is the reason Summit Computer successes in retaining employees

In my opinion, D is talking about people in general, not specifically about computer industry employees so its not as good as B.

OG的解释： While this point shows how the work environment might reduce discussion of job dissatisfaction,
it does not indicate that there will be less dissatisfaction.
我认为D只是说员工害怕团队的不和谐，所以避免和同事讨论在工作中遇到的不愉快。但是员工们不谈不代表这种不愉快就不存在，也许矛盾会更深。
我认为D不如B直接的表示出对working environment的好处。
不知道这样理解是否对，希望大家讨论

我同意你的看法。discuss the dissatisfaction又怎样？并不是说discuss了工作就没法进行了，员工就要离开了。而B项则很清楚的说除了员工离开的一个原因，D相对不明显。

B表明态度，直接支持了。
D其实是符合常识的，但需要更进一步推理才行，而大家未必都同意这样的推理，那就不如B。
