为嘛我感觉答案是E啊，网上很多有解释，可是如果x是0.5以及0.125的话，那么不就无法确定(1)(2)两个究竟是不是小数十分位是非零的么？

答案是B
设有一个非零正整数a，
（1）x=a/16 ，0<x<16，所以0<a<16，如果x是1/16，x=0.0625，如果x是10/16，x=0.625，所以不确定x的十分位是否为0；
（2）x=a/8，0<x<8，所以0<a<8，a可以是1、2、3、4、5、6、7，对应的x分别是：0.125，0.25，0.375，0.5，0.625，0.75，0.875。所以x的十分位一定不为0。
