请问B和E中 the $21 billion book market in the country与the country’s $21 billion book market这两种表达意思的差别？
然后按理说，遵从原句的意思不是更好吗？为什么E反而不如B呢？

nearly the same

the issue here is that which modifier should be place to the noun it modifies as close as possible (book market, not country)

use the split to identify the what point is tested in the sentence
