B is parallel. Though the usage is rare, just remember it.

在B & C之间犹豫了, 然后选了C

现在看来B是对的, 后面都省略了 could be

C的最后一个并列用了主动,和前面的句式就不平行了~~

并列重复成分：要么全省，要么全留。
