C is teh right answer. 我对答案没异议，但这里有个代词指代的问题。 OG说过代词不能指代所有格的名词。例如OG90。可是本题中的its 不正是所有格的名词storm吗?

it其实也有另一个非常明显的指代—— a hurricane.

同意二楼，storm 是hurricane的一个同意变形，指代的应该还是hurrricane
