also I heard that it's different between Canadian/PR and international students.G680 is good enough if you are a PR.

Actually Canadian schools are notorious for its heavily focus on your GPA and TWE score.

yes, yes.
that's why these schools are alway cheated. i know a girl graduated from a third tire of college in china, while with high gpa, she is in u of t.
