我觉得，问题问的是“would be more likely to decrease"，虽然填入
A也有可能达到目的(正如OG的解释working without interruption would
be likely to mean improved productivity。同时，would be not likely
to improve productivity；因为员工上班时间的不一致并不一定会导致
interruption)。但是employee上班时间不一致必定会造成D里的描述得不到
