为什么答案是B，不是C，
原文26行不是说Such ambiguities reveal the arbitrariness
of this definition吗，取非不就是C了吗？谢谢

原文说US政府定义是ambiguous，而classical定义举得例子说明至少和US政府定义结果一样ambiguous.并没有比较哪个多哪个少。
