这里答案选择C，不理解什么意思，这个they代表的是什么，怎么都感觉句子像是没有说完似的。求解。谢谢！

为了减少存货，意大利酒商已经降低了价格。他们的酒被标价出售，他们也确实卖出去了。
根据代词指代对象要一致，they 应该指代 vintners

我也在纠结这题，正确选项中do指代sell，但前句谓语是are，为了平行，
为什么不是“are priced to sell, and they are”呢?

我觉得和they do 的do平行的是sell 吧
