MM看一下 这个其实是在考be likely to do 然后它的将来时态就是 a particular
asteroid or comet will be how likely to do...
还有一种你可能碰到的be to do正确的情况是 the first thing will be to do...
这里的考点是the first to do然后它的将来时就是 the first thing will be to
do 所以有时候看似是在说be to do其实是有别的搭配

首先developed a scale后面就应该用to表示目的而不是for,后面的will be to其实是分开的，will be和前面的how likely a particular asteroid or comet相连,然后才是to collide with Earth
