When positive integer x is divided by positive integer y, the remainder is 9. If x/y = 96.12, what is the value of y?

A. 96

B. 75

令X=K*Y+9，则X/Y=K+9/Y=96+0.12，由于K是整数，9/Y是在0到1之间，那么可以推断X=96，9/Y=0.12，因而Y=9/0.12=75。
