A:E接到的投诉电话虽然数目比W少,但是平均通话时间长两倍

(这明明是说E的产品其实也很困难,是削弱)

B:E拥有的客户比W多三倍

(说明E客户的基数比W多,而且投诉电话接的还少,说明W生产的产品比E困难

A明显是个削弱啊,Calls to Express hto line are almost twce as long, on average, as are calls to the Writewell hot line,E的电话长,造成别人打不进来是一,二就是由于太难用,得解释很长时间,导致电话时间长。削弱结论。

B很好啊,说E卖出更多的软件,接到更少的求助热线,加强结论。
